Essential Responsibilities
Answering inbound
Answering inbound calls ordering products, taking donations, and customer service requests
Outbound calling
Help SWAY-COMM clients by making outbound calls on their behalf
Record customer info
Record customer information accurately
Process payments
Processing credit card payments
Engagement
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Other project work
Other project work may include digital chat assistance, customer reviews, email responses
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to type 50+ words per minute with 98% accuracy
- Proficient with browser-based applications and Microsoft O365
- Team player
- Strong work ethic
- Quick learner
- Ability to multitask
